As a psychologist and author, Mads Schramm has for more than 20 years worked with "The homo cyber sapien" - on how we can understand human behaviour when we meet, work and play together in a hybrid and virtual context.

Mads is a danish business psychologist (cand.psych. aut.) from Copenhagen University.

Mads is a trusted advisor and trainer for both private and public organisations.

Mads has been in charge of the virtuel leadership traning for William Demant and Oticon for more than 7 years.

​

Mads has recently solved tasks for Udenrigsministeriet, Mærsk, IDA, Aarhus university, Søværnet, F5 ledernetværk, Dansk Magister Forening, Høje Taastrup Kommune, Radiometer.

Mads is also working with stress management and organisational wellbeing on both an individual and organisational level.
